Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned coffee sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and export markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cafés, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and distributors.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable coffee products and blends.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
  • Market Analysis and Insights
  • Conduct market research to identify trends in coffee consumption, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer insights.
  • Recommend new product offerings or adjustments to meet market demand.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s coffee range, including origins, roast profiles, brewing methods, and applications.
  • Educate customers on product features, quality, and brewing techniques.
  • Stay updated on global coffee trends and industry developments.
  • Order Management and Coordination
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales transactions.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention
  • Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Sales Reporting
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and market updates.
  • Track progress toward sales targets and provide updates to the COO.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer data and sales activities.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to align sales with operational capacity.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Suggest and implement improvements in sales processes to increase efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and coffee product knowledge.
