At Metalia India, we design and deliver premium architectural metal façades and customized solutions that blend innovation with aesthetics. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a young, energetic, and client-focused Sales Executive who enjoys traveling, meeting people, and driving growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively within Delhi NCR and occasionally to other cities for client meetings and site visits.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and client relationships.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up proactively with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience in a related industry such as home décor, sanitary ware, luxury furniture, or marble.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic about traveling frequently to meet clients and follow up on leads.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus (not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,874.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
