Sales Executive

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Manage existing client accounts, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows (if applicable).

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
