Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Manage existing client accounts, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows (if applicable).
