We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of the company’s products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Handle customer complaints or objections professionally.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office / CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
