Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand customer energy needs.
  • Present solar energy solutions and create customized proposals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility, quotations, and execution.
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales (experience in solar/renewable energy preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
