Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. World Wide Air Ticket Booking

  • Generate and manage flight bookings for individual and corporate clients.
  • Provide clients with multiple airline options, competitive fares, and travel route guidance.
  • Handle re-bookings, cancellations, refunds, and amendments as per airline policies.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and timely delivery to customers.

2. UAE Visa Services

  • Assist clients in applying for all types of UAE visas.
  • Provide complete guidance on required documents, eligibility, and processing times.
  • Ensure proper verification of client documents before submission.
  • Track and follow up on visa applications to ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of UAE immigration laws and regulations.

3. Global Visa Services

  • Counsel clients on Schengen, US, UK, Canada, Asia, and other international visa processes.
  • Prepare visa checklists, cover letters, and travel itineraries for clients.
  • Manage rejected cases by advising alternative strategies and re-submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific immigration policies.

4. Holiday Packages

Design, promote, and sell tailor-made and fixed holiday packages (inbound & outbound).

Provide clients with package inclusions, pricing, and activity details.

Upsell additional services (travel insurance, excursions, upgrades).

Create customized itineraries to suit client needs and budgets.

5. Inbound Tourism

  • Promote UAE as a travel destination for tourists and groups.
  • Organize city tours, desert safaris, cultural experiences, and event packages.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and guides to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Manage group travel arrangements for international visitors.

General Sales Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets across all services.
  • Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and corporate accounts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Keep updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of travel, ticketing (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre), and visa procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
