Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling dental professionals, ensuring the company's products are well-represented and preferred in the market. Compulsory to have two-wheeler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target: Ensure that all the monthly/ quarterly and yearly targets are achieved.
  • Sales Promotion: Present and promote products to dental professionals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and facilitate sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits and features.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand Client needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales daily/weekly/monthly reports, forecasts, and expense reports as required.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Collection: Timely payment collection as per the billing cycle & meeting the collection target

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Skills:

  • Persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Analytical skills for market and sales data analysis.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and product lines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel within assigned area to meet clients and attend events.
  • Regular meetings and presentations with dental industry professionals.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,166.50 - ₹25,584.28 per month

  • 100% (Preferred)
