Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales & Market Development Executive to support our expansion in the construction and building materials market. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, business development, and brand promotion in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and develop the construction building materials market through structured market mapping and competitive intelligence.
• Establish and nurture distribution channels, particularly within the DIY segment.
• Promote the brand effectively to architects, specifiers, and other key influencers.
• Build relationships with contractors and applicators, with a view to developing a dedicated application team.
• Drive sales targets through proactive engagement and strong market presence.
• Support brand visibility and awareness through consistent promotional activities.
• Collaborate across teams while maintaining a business-oriented and agile approach to challenges.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline; Fresh Engineering graduates are also welcome to apply.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction/building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of the construction building market landscape.
• Effective communicator in English and Hindi or the local language.
• Proven ability to work independently with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Demonstrated experience or ability to influence key stakeholders in the industry.
• Team player with a proactive, agile, and dynamic business outlook.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and take ownership in forming and managing application teams.
