Sales Executive

Job Summary

Brain Telecommunication Ltd. is seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads through a combination of digital channels and personal networks, with a particular focus on the telecom sector. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying potential business opportunities and forwarding qualified leads to the internal coordinator for further development and closure. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a robust professional network, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and follow detailed sales plans and instructions from the Sales Manager.
  • Actively identify and pursue potential sales leads, both digitally and through personal connections.
  • Leverage existing relationships within the telecom industry to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and forward them to the coordinator for further nurturing and eventual closing.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of telecom industry trends and develop new contacts within the corporate telecom sector.
  • Utilize ERP systems for tracking and managing sales processes (training will be provided).
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of corporate sales experience in the telecom industry.
  • Preferably MCom or BCom, MBA and BBA
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships within the telecom sector.
  • Extroverted personality with excellent social skills and a high level of confidence.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

Pay: From Rs65,000.00 per month
