Job Description: As an Experienced Calling Agent at Everything Remote, you will play a pivotal role in our client engagement efforts. You will be responsible for doing conference calls, nurturing leads, and providing outstanding customer service. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and meet performance targets will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct conference calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide information about our products/services and answer client inquiries.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Calling Agent or Telemarketer.
• Strong verbal communication skills and excellent phone manner.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
