Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 120,000 (plus commission)

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for targeting specific industries and niches for client acquisition. The role includes cold calling, lead generation, and arranging meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring Burhani IT Solutions establishes strong relationships and secures new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within specific industries and niches.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Present and promote Burhani IT Solutions’ services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Track and update sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong background in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to independently arrange and conduct meetings with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
