Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
