Sales Executive

Hean General Trading LLC is the GCC representative of Nawhal’s, one of the most popular sauce brands in Europe, and fast growing in the GCC.

We are seeking a Sales professional to join our team and drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills and sales expertise to identify and cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implementing sales initiatives
• Lead sales efforts to generate new business
• Be the main point of contact for customers
• Maximizing brand awareness and communicate new product opportunities
• Build relationships with key decision-makers (fast-food, restaurants, wholesalers and supply food managers)
• Coordinate in marketing efforts in order to promote the company & brand
• Ensure customer products are implemented correctly and used in optimal manner
• Attend trade shows or sales meetings off-site when necessary
• Provide insightful and actionable market intelligence feedback
• Develop & manage relationships within key customer accounts to maximising growth

Qualifications

If you are someone who is good at relationship building, product knowledge, commercial awareness, influencing skills, and a good negotiator, as well as:

• Minimum 3 years FMCG industry sales experience
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently
• Prior GCC work experience in Food & Beverage sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly analytical
• A focused, target orientated individual with a positive mind-set and desire to succeed
• A team player who is motivated, passionate, hardworking and organised
• Must have car Driving License

Salary: AED 6,000 per month/basic

Bonus: Up to AED 4,000 more per month dependent of sales volume targets
