We are a leading chartered accountancy firm, seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to generate new business leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound sales calls to potential clients and business leads

Generate, qualify, and manage leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups

Present and promote company services confidently to prospects

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success

Expedite the sales process by understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain and update CRM with lead data, call logs, and progress reports

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to speak multiple languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) is an added advantage

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
