Sales Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows (if required).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (preferably in Dubai/GCC).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English is required (Arabic will be an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
