Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai’s off-plan property sales, with proven experience in achieving targets and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell off-plan real estate projects in Dubai.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and key stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.

• Handle property inquiries, conduct viewings, and provide professional advice to clients.

• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, trends, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan experience is a must).

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.

• Good knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA, and current market trends.

• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

• RERA certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
