Royal Smart Limousine LLC, a leader in luxury transportation services in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investor Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential for attracting potential investors, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through investment sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Business Development
- Identify and engage with potential investors, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners interested in luxury transportation investments.
- Develop and present investment proposals, showcasing potential returns and business benefits.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with investors, ensuring trust and transparency.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct daily outreach through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
- Maintain an active pipeline of investor prospects and nurture leads to close deals.
- Work closely with marketing to create tailored presentations and promotional materials.
Market Analysis & Strategic Growth
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to enhance RSL’s investment appeal.
- Provide investors with insights into market demand, financial performance, and future growth potential.
- Recommend and implement sales strategies to attract high-value investors.
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate investment terms and close deals that align with investor expectations and RSL’s business goals.
- Ensure investor agreements and financial transactions comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Financial Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on investment sales performance, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are met.
- Provide regular financial insights and reports to senior management on investor engagement.
- Assist in structuring financial models, ROI projections, and investment forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in investor sales, financial sales, or high-value corporate sales, preferably within luxury services, hospitality, or real estate investment sectors.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is required.
- Strong financial acumen with knowledge of investment structures, ROI calculations, and revenue models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage high-value negotiations, and close investment deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial reporting software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
