Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for residential, commercial, and industrial elevator solutions offered by Skodtec Elevators LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and homeowners.
  • Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payments.
  • Collaborate with the technical and installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities and new product developments.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing activities to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the elevator/escalator industry in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator products, solutions, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
