As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a motivated and results-oriented SalesExecutiveto join our dynamic sales and business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
- Identify and source potential client contacts using online platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, business directories, and other industry-specific databases.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers across various organisations to explore business opportunities.
- Conduct a minimum of 100 calls per day with the aim of achieving at least 10 meaningful conversations.
Sales Outreach & Communication:
- Clearly present and promote Rectangle Interior’s services, capabilities, and value proposition to potential clients.
- Nurture leads and build rapport with prospective clients through consistent follow-up and professional communication.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings for the business development/sales team.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospects with accurate contact details, call notes, and follow-up actions.
- Track all sales activities in the CRM or lead management system and ensure records are current.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outreach efforts, lead status, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
- Share insights from client interactions to assist in refining sales pitches, objection handling, and service improvements.
Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop a solid understanding of the interior fit-out industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align outreach strategies with broader sales goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales – preferably in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or related B2B sectors.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with proven skills in overcoming objections and closing appointments.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
