Sales Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our onsite night shift team (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) at our Gulberg III, Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with U.S.-based clinics, practices, and healthcare organizations (B2B)
  • Promote and sell Medical Billing, RCM, and healthcare outsourcing services
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close a minimum of 3 deals per month
  • Meet a monthly revenue target of $1,500
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide regular sales updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of education (O/A Levels preferred)
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare, medical billing, or RCM is required
  • Strong English communication and consultative selling skills
  • Proven success in tele sales, cold calling, and B2B client handling
  • Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to work onsite night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs125,000.00 per month
