Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with strong knowledge of gym machines and fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will combine product expertise with excellent sales and communication skills to drive revenue and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their fitness needs, recommend appropriate equipment, and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various gym machines and fitness equipment, including their features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals for equipment, services, and programs.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience and potentially assisting with post-sales service.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest fitness industry trends, new equipment, and competitor activities.
• Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree/diploma
• 1-2 years of sales experience (fitness equipment/gym machines/health & wellness industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of different gym machines, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, and their usage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for fitness and ability to connect with gym owners, trainers, and fitness enthusiasts.
