We are now seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our presence within the high-end hospitality sector, focusing on Dubai's prestigious hotels.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the high-end hotel and luxury client sectors in Dubai. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented professional with a proven sales track record in the cleaning and janitorial industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the Dubai market and the needs of premium clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target high-end hotels, luxury residences, and premium commercial clients in Dubai.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target client organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor Daitona's comprehensive cleaning and janitorial solutions to meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Conduct regular client visits and deliver compelling presentations showcasing Daitona's product range and service capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of Daitona's solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Effectively utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast sales.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Daitona's extensive product portfolio, including cleaning equipment, chemicals, and janitorial supplies.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, demonstrating Daitona's industry leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in the cleaning and janitorial industry within the Dubai market.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai hospitality sector and the specific needs of high-end clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Familiarity with cleaning machinery, cleaning chemicals, and all janitorial supplies.
