Global Board Institute is on a mission to create wiser boards and braver leaders. We specialize in empowering both current and aspiring board directors to expand their Non-Executive Director (NED) portfolios and elevate their boardroom effectiveness. The institute attracts professionals who are not just seeking knowledge or access, but a movement that redefines what excellence looks like in global governance.


The Role

This is a high-level sales closer role focused on enrolling senior professionals and executives into a transformative board director programs and bundles. You’ll be speaking to serious candidates who are often already active at the executive or board level, so a consultative, mature, and highly professional sales approach is essential.


We have good lead flow coming into the business with more the 150 enquiries into different programs coming in on a monthly basis. We are looking for someone who is highly experienced and has a strong conversion track record, ideally in executive / management education and enablement programs. 


The right candidate will also be expected to take on a more active role in Lead Generation by plugging into our automated lead outreach and generation program.


KPIs & Compensation

The right candidate is someone who can:

  1. Close no less than 15 Programs or Bundles Month for a total value of $90,000 US in Sales Revenue.
  2. Closers are compensated at a Percentage of Revenue generated, with a bonus on top for achieving Stretch Targets.
  3. Hitting stretch targets on any give month means (20+ Programs)
  4. The role is Hybrid / Remote, but ideally the person is based in or around GMT+4 Time Zone (+/- 1 hour)


We’re Looking for Candidates Who

  • Have gravitas and maturity to speak with C-Suite & Board-Level professionals and be their Board Career Advisor, guiding them to a successful journey in building a Six Figure Non-Executive Director Portfolio. [One Board Role Pays a Minimum of $50K / Year and goes up to $150,000 per year.
  • Understand the language and nuance of board directorship, corporate governance, leadership, and boardroom dynamics.
  • Have a successful background in selling executive education or professional services to C-Suite and Board Director stakeholders.
  • Has experience in selling both B2B & B2C environments.
  • Are fluent in spoken and written professional English
  • Clear and articulate communication and presentation skills
  • Can work full-time, aligned with Gulf Standard Time (Dubai Time), 8am to 6pm, servicing UK to HK Market Time-zones.
  • Are remote-ready with a recent MS Office Operating System professional grade laptop / desktop (Not Apple) and remote work environment that is conducive to high productivity and focus.  
  • Will actively use their LinkedIn profile to implement the company’s outreach for lead generation in specific markets using Sales Navigator and other congruent tools.
  • Is a proponent of using CRM platforms fully and ideally has previous experience in using HubSpot professionally.
