Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our turnkey engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Present and promote QOT Engineering’s services to prospective clients (banks, NBFCs, corporates, and other institutions).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the technical team.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the project and design teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/other reporting tools.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of Civil, Interior, and Electrical project sales (preferred).
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Presentation and proposal preparation skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction/engineering/turnkey projects).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.
