Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
Job Responsibilities:

Manage a personal Book of Business (BOB), ensuring continuous growth in volume, revenue, and margin.

Drive customer acquisition and retention by balancing hunting and farming activities.

Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify new opportunities.

Liaise with branch operations to customize SOPs as per client needs.

Support clients with day-to-day requests, quotations, and negotiations to ensure opportunity closure.

Coordinate with internal networks and partner agents to provide the best service solutions.

Maintain pipeline and sales activities using CRM for reporting and incentive purposes.

Stay updated on local regulations, industry practices, and new developments.
Job Requirements:

Graduate in any field.

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding (mandatory).

Strong experience in selling air, sea, and land freight services, logistics solutions, and value-added services (customs brokerage, insurance, packaging, etc.).

Solid knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.

Strong execution sales skills with the ability to grow and close business opportunities.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
