Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals. This role offering excellent earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity and forecasts.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results.

Requirements:

• Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
