Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling wedding consumables and event-related items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships in the wedding and event supply sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the wedding market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Job responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wedding and events industry.
• Sell a range of consumable items such as wedding decorations, disposable tableware, party favors, and packaging supplies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, retailers, and distributors.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and promote products.

Requirements:

• Proven 4+ years of sales experience in consumables, preferably in wedding or event-related products especially in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of wedding/event trends and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend events.
• Should have valid Qatar Driving License.
• Able to join in short notice period.
