Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, knowledge of lighting products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting industry.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, interior designers, and retail clients.
  • Present and promote lighting products to clients, highlighting technical features and design benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  • Coordinate with technical/operations team to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Valid UAE Driving License (must).
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken.

Other Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in lighting, electrical, or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of lighting products is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
