Job Purpose
To efficiently track daily sales activities and support the sales team by providing accurate and timely data during weekly reviews. The Sales Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between customers, sales, marketing, operations, and plant teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and assist in product selection.
- Provide timely and effective customer support, including pre- and post-shipment updates.
- Address customer queries and complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
- Ensure customer requirements are accurately fulfilled and orders are delivered on time.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Coordinate the preparation of daily shipment pick lists and send weekly order updates to respective sales personnel.
- Analyze incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy and efficiency.
- Issue proforma invoices within 24 hours of order receipt.
- Ensure all daily and sales invoices are accurately delivered to the correct customers.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle complex and changing customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong networking and market penetration skills with a creative approach to building business relationships.
- Hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the Float Glass industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create executive-level reports.
- High computer literacy, especially in presentation and reporting tools.
