Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the cosmetics and perfumes industry. The role involves managing store operations, building strong client relationships (local & international), achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and inventory management..

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Attend daily sales huddles/meetings to review targets, progress, and challenges.
• Provide quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize sales transactions with clients.
• Coordinate with customers for timely cash collection.
• Proactively identify and target potential private label clients and new market opportunities (local & export).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Logistics

• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Place orders for replenishment of Deira store stock as required.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments for timely transportation and delivery of goods.

Team Support

• Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed.
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the team.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor sales pipeline and track progress towards monthly and annual targets for both local and export markets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in cosmetics, perfumes, or FMCG industry (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in handling both retail and export markets.
• Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
