Immigration Consultancy sales role :
- Conduct professional consultations with inbound leads via phone, video call, and in-person meetings.
- Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, UAE etc.).
- Present and clearly explain our services and the benefits of working with us.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using our CRM system to ensure all leads are handled promptly.
- Prepare and present proposals and service agreements to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in global immigration policies and trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with a diverse, international clientele.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably within the immigration, education, real estate, or high-value consultancy services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Lead square , Zoho) is highly desirable.
- Must be based in Dubai
