Position: Sales Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years (IT industry experience strongly preferred)

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary driver of our IT business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • New Business Generation: Proactively identifying, prospecting, and securing new accounts and revenue streams within the IT market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining robust, long-term partnerships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor for IT requirements.
  • Solution Selling: Preparing, customizing, and presenting compelling technical and commercial proposals that clearly articulate the value of our IT solutions.
  • Performance & Growth: Consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales, directly contributing to the company's financial growth.
  • Collaboration: Liaising effectively with our in-house technical and delivery teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality execution of all sold solutions.

Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrable experience in the full sales cycle of IT solutions.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Drive for Results: A highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven mindset with a relentless focus on achievement.
