Roles and Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business opportunities

· Search for potential clients through networking, referrals, and research.

· Actively explore new markets to increase the company’s customer base.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Develop trust and long-term partnerships with customers.

· Regularly follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions

· Listen to client requirements carefully.

· Suggest suitable products/services and present them effectively through proposals or demos.

· Negotiate and close deals

· Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.

· Finalize contracts and ensure targets are achieved.

· Maintain sales records and stay updated on market trends

· Keep proper records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM.

· Track competitors and industry updates to plan better strategies.

Having experience in flat selling and strong knowledge about real estate sites and flat sales.

Requirements:

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 5–6 Years
Location: Pune,Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
