Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command over client handling, and the ability to close deals effectively. The candidate must also be proficient in using CRM software and maintaining accurate client records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Present company services in a professional manner and build trust with clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Record all client interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or client handling (experience in immigration or travel industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Confident in handling phone and in-person interactions with clients.
  • Proficient in operating computers and CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24 or similar).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
