Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive Or Sales Executive  to join our freight forwarding team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our logistics and supply chain solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of freight forwarding services (air, ocean, and land), customs clearance, and trade compliance in the Egyptian market.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in freight forwarding (import/export, sea freight, air freight, road transport, and customs clearance).

·  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shippers, importers, exporters, and manufacturers.

·  Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

·  Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations in Egypt.

·  Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

·  Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the company’s client base.

·  Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

·  Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

·  Minimum 2-6 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.

·  Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and documentation in Egypt.

·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·  Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a must.

·  Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Existing client portfolio in the logistics/freight industry.

·  Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

·  Knowledge of major trade lanes and key ports in Egypt (Alexandria, Port Said, Sokhna).
