Sales Executive

Batci UAE is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to drive growth across barbershops, wholesalers, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in FMCG/personal care sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop and grow new business with barbershops, wholesalers, and pharmacies.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts.
• Negotiate deals and close contracts with decision-makers.
• Provide market insights and feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity through CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, personal care, or beauty products.
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility with time and effort to meet sales demands.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE to visit clients.
• Familiarity with UAE barber and pharmacy channels preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
