Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and property/site visits (if applicable).
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • [Optional: Real Estate / Automotive / Trading industry experience preferred.]
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
