Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Reach out to leads to explain products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations or demos to potential clients.
  • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets by closing profitable deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer demands and product improvements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track progress against sales targets and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for smooth sales processes
