SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualification: B.com / BBA in Marketing

Experience: 2-3 years in sales and customer support of a Real Estate Company, Candidates with experience at Roomi, Falaknaz, Saima, or GFS will be considered only.

Requirement: Good knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, thorough understanding of social media and web analytics, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, creativity and commercial awareness

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Client facing role with substantial experience working in Real Estate sales.
• Provide sales and customer support in the real estate sector.
• Meeting with brokers / agents, manage and maintain client relationships.
• Calling to clients and schedule meeting for project visits.
• Being able to deal and negotiate with clients and close deals independently.
