Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building strategies. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales, with proficiency in CRM The Sales Executive will engage in both inside and outbound calling to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our services.
  • Engage in telemarketing activities to promote offerings and secure meetings with prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and business development initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with outbound calling strategies and warm calling techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales processes.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
