Job Description:

An Outdoor Sales Executive is a professional who drives sales by directly engaging with customers outside of a traditional office setting. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct interactions, presentations, and negotiations. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through various methods like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and promote the company's products/services.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms of sales agreements, addressing client concerns, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets through effective territory management and sales strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market information, and preparing regular sales reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with internal teams like marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure client needs are met and sales objectives are achieved.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to clearly articulate product information, build rapport with clients, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and manage client relationships.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently, manage their own schedule, and stay motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to handle objections, resolve client issues, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and generate reports.
  • Valid UAE Driving License: Many outdoor sales roles in Sharjah require a valid UAE driving license to travel to client locations.
  • Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are often a requirement.

Typical Work Environment:

  • Outdoor Environment: Primarily working outside the office, traveling to client locations, attending industry events, and working in various settings like Hotels, offices, and retail locations.
