- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned outlets.
- Monitor credit limits and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Control wastage and returns to protect margin.
- Track daily sales performance and report deviations proactively.
Customer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GT retailers and store owners.
- Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and FIFO compliance at customer locations.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers on new products, promotions, and merchandising standards.
Internal Business Process
- Execute trade promotions and activations in line with marketing plans.
- Ensure planogram compliance and shelf visibility as per brand guidelines.
- Provide accurate market intelligence, competitor activity reports, and pricing feedback.
Ensure proper handling of company assets (e.g. freezer units, POSM).
People
- Coordinate with merchandisers and delivery teams for seamless execution.
- Participate in monthly sales reviews and product knowledge sessions.
- Support onboarding of new retail partners and outlets.

- QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- A diploma with strong experience in GT sales may also be considered.
- 2–3 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in the FMCG or ice cream category.
- Experience managing small grocery, convenience, or mini-mart accounts is essential.
- Previous experience handling branded freezer units or cold chain products is a strong advantage.
