Qualification:
- BBA
- B.E - Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical - Preferred
- MBA - Preferred
Experience: 2 or more years of experience are encouraged to apply
Salary Range: 60,000 to 80,000
Key Role:
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge of sales, review products brochures/publications and attend interdepartmental sales meetings whenever required.
- To identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching sales options.
- To develop and recommend product/market segmentation and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Assist senior for the brand promotions & sales i.e. Allison transmission Parts, Bridon wire ropes, Bobcat, Terberg & other equipment parts.
- To perform additional duties that include taking note of inquiries, customer requirements, making phone calls, sending emails, arranging appointments, closing sales, payment recoveries, and liaising with principals whenever required.
- To negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders if required.
- To assist HOD in detailed proposal including offers, tender documentations, registration etc, as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- To review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- To submit/present periodical performance activity reports to the HOD.
- To generate suggestions effectively, non-conformities or complaints through Corrective Actions Request Form.
- Ensure proper filling of inquiries, orders, delivery challan, invoices & payment evidences etc.
- To perform other duties as entrusted by your Head of Department.
