Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote institute courses through online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Handle student inquiries, provide course information, and convert leads into admissions.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Support the branch and sales teams in achieving monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media campaigns, Google Ads, and lead generation.
  • Visit nearby companies, schools, and communities to promote courses and build partnerships.
  • Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and local promotional events.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, walk-ins, and conversions using CRM systems.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, visits, and admission performance.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all courses, promotions, and offers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of marketing or sales experience (education sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
