Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive (Jewellery Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell jewellery products to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within the set timeframe.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on company products and services.
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and training sessions.
  • Submit accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Jewellery industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Jewellery field preferred).

Language:

  • English (Preferred).

Relocation:

  • Must be able to commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before starting work (Preferred).
