Our Sales Executive in Dubai is responsible for driving revenue by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals, with duties and qualifications often tailored to the specific industry. - Business development: Identify and generate new leads through a variety of methods, including cold-calling, networking, field visits, and digital outreach.
- Sales strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Sales process management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal preparation to negotiation and after-sales support.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Product knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively explain features and benefits to potential clients.
- Market research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
