Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Auto Central in Dubai. This role is key to driving vehicle sales, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales journey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive sales, results-driven, and committed to providing a personalized experience to every customer.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Execution:

  • Follow all steps of the sales process: prospecting, meet & greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closure, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
  • Promote Finance and Insurance products aligned with customer profiles.


Customer Engagement & Satisfaction:

  • Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details.
  • Schedule timely follow-ups and manage new customer acquisition.
  • Deliver vehicles in a smooth, clean, and defect-free manner.
  • Achieve monthly sales satisfaction index targets through excellent service.


Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Report daily activities to the Sales Manager, including market conditions and competitor insights.
  • Prepare weekly walk-in reports and monthly forecasts, with a focus on lost sales.
  • Track and pursue uncompleted sales to meet KPI conversion rates.


Showroom Standards & Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain showroom visual identity and display standards as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
  • Support marketing initiatives including promotions, launches, and campaigns.


Self-Management & Development:

  • Set and achieve annual performance goals in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Identify and attend relevant training and development programs.
  • Continuously improve skills and stay current with industry trends.



Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive or retail sales roles.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Sales planning, presentation skills, and financial acumen.
