Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation and client acquisition: Identify and approach new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales presentations and product knowledge: Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs to showcase products or services.
  • Negotiation and closing: Negotiate terms like price and delivery and finalize sales contracts.
  • Client relationship management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
  • Market analysis and reporting: Gather customer information, analyze market trends, and prepare sales reports to inform strategy and track performance.
  • Sales target achievement: Work towards and meet or exceed monthly or annual sales quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Event representation: Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Negotiation and closing: Ability to balance client needs with company goals to close deals.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong ability to communicate value and build relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to recognize and address issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Technical proficiency: Competence in using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage accounts and track progress.
  • Product knowledge: A deep understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively answer questions and convince customers.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
