Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic, with strong client service and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the clinic’s services, including IV drips, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
• Manage client inquiries and follow up through WhatsApp, calls, and in-person visits.
• Must have tele sales experience
• Convert leads into appointments and maintain a consistent pipeline of clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
• Support marketing initiatives and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Clinic experience is mandatory (wellness, aesthetic, or medical).
• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Presentable, confident, and patient-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.
