About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base and bring new business opportunities to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential new clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Present and promote our software development services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to create tailored proposals.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or software sales (IT industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in generating leads.
  • Strong understanding of software and digital solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
